It looks like a willow leaf with very light curvature. Willow Leaf blades have a steady curvature along the length of the blade whereas goose quills are relatively straight curving more near the tip.

It seriously looks like an Elf-blade from LotR or Forgotten Realms...

More like a goosequill. It has the secondary edge near the tip which willowleaf sabers lack. The curve does seem to start relatively early like a willowleaf. However a lot of modern blades do mix up features of different historical types.

...I wonder how it would look with a twistcore...
And rayskin grip and an ebony scabbard...

Kris Cutlery's historically accurate and most aesthetically pleasing blades are his filipino blades. Cecil does painstakingly obsessive work to get them correct to the letter. For some reason it hasn't translated to his other offerings until recently. This is a wonderful example of how Cecil slowly introduces a higher standard of blade into his offerings. He's done this with his katana as well. Look at what he had to offer back in '99. They were horrible, but slowly he made strides to take it to a more attractive level while raising quality as well.

Sorry. I don't see the false edge. Unless you mean that one tiny little bit about an inch long that was sharpened for thrusts...

Many historical saber scabbards were finished in rayskin or leather. For modern sword buyers worried about scratching the blade, this would be a better idea than hardwood scabbard which has a higher risk of scratching the blade.
A leather covered scabbard can be made with a much softer wood. If one chooses hardwood, typically no covering is chosen to show off grain of the wood.

I would be willing to bet that it was supposed to be Sex(y)... And I have to agree. That is an incredible attractive sword there.

But not sufficiently attractive that I'd want to have SEX with it. Ouch.
