I'm betting Deepeeka. I recognise some of the other pieces as such.
*Edit- Upon further investivagtion, that site says that sword comes from Al Hamdd Trading Post. I don't know if they made it or not as I don't see it listed on that site.

Yeah, I tried to register but I can't seem to get through all the hoops. I actually like the look of a lot of Deepeeka gladii. They're just not really made for cutting and such. Tho I did sharpen one up and have cut with it. ;D

Deepeka have made enormous efforts to be more historically accurate with the Roman stuff, they have worked with the guys from RAT and are getting good marks from them. I'm seriously considering picking up a Deepeka, disassembling it and having the blade sent off for heat treat.
On another related tack, deepeka are also making some remarkably good helmets and armor, and a couple of the Pugio they market are spot on. Really nice quality goods that are very, very close to original (again, the influence of RAT, who are *complete* geeks about looking authentic so far as we know.
Ric, it's totally worth it to jump the hoops to register at RAT. I know you are something of a Roman enthusiast....there are some *very* knowledgeable people there, including university staff and professional archeologists.

Agree RAT has some seriously nice gladius lol. By the way the question I need to answer to register my account is: How many legionaries were there in an Imperial centuria?: Answer is 80 ;D

WOW! That's beautiful! And yeah, that certainly looks good- blade shape somewhere between Mainz and Pompeii-transitional, if you will, with very correct looking carving on the grip area. I like the correct brass plate inset above the blade and the *stunning* attention to detail on the scabbard.

Quite sure the blade is carbon steel and it is EN45 (since this the steel used for UK reenactment). In fact the blade some specks of patina begin to form days after I re-oil the blade. Yeah personally I am not too fond of the mirror polish, might get it repolish with 600-800 grit sandpaper similar to Albion. The only thing I am not sure if it is heat-treated is okay at this point Regarding construction method, it could be peened like their hod-hill spatha but I did not detect the peen. Another possibility is that it is threaded but I could not unscrew it. The hilt is solid despite the deceivingly small handle. Guard and grip is similar to the one from Vindonissa museum:
