A quick shout out to Sanmarc and randomnobody for their input on future designs. Sanmarc mentioned to me that he'd like to see some Fishtail pommel designs, and random mentioned seeing some claymores. So, combining both, I came up with this. I had been working on a claymore for a lone time. I had the blade done, as well as most of the hilt, but the pommel was problematic. Sanmarc's suggestion gave me the extra boost I needed to get this design out. Thanks guys! Héafod - The Chief - is of course a claymore inspired design. These swords are always so massive and beefy and that is exactly why I have a hard time getting to like them. But I knew there's a few folk out there who like 'em so let's see how we do! Thanks for look, all!

Fairly slender claymore, doesn't look massive at all... I like it.

That's a nice design. I wouldn't quite call it a claymore but I like it. The Fishtail almost looks Norse here.

Not a bad claymore design at all. But claymores are hardly the most massive/beefy swords out there...mine is 55" overall and it's not that big at all when compared to zweihänders and other greatswords.
