Just stumbled across these two videos and thought they might be of interest. The sword is disassembled, sharpened, reassembled, and used to cut bottles.

Pretty impressive for a wimpy rapier styled blade ;D.
The Cold Steel blade isn't exactly book standard for the P'o8 either. They're slimmer.

Hey now....I like that! I really like that. Milk bottles aren't super tough to cut, but still! That's some darn nice cutting for suck a thin blade and such a wide spine. Three at once, tracking in an out on a horizontal cut? Not bad. Not bad at all. Thanks for posting.

Always good to see inside the hilt! Nice solid tang. I'm impressed by the cutting ability, considering it was designed to be a thrusting sword almost exclusively. Very interesting!
