Just saw this at KOA. Link hereThis windlass looks like the bastard child of the DelTin 1560 and KOH Sword of Odo. A renaissance spatha, I guess. ;D Love the hilt (and will probably buy just for the hilt at this price) but the blade is just wrong (doesnt match the hilt, no profile taper). Still, at $90 this might a very nice project sword. Oddly, there is no sharpening option for this one. Museum Replicas doesnt offer a sharp option for this sword either. This one snuck up on me. I havent seen it before, so I'm assuming its a recent release. Alot of questions though: why so cheap? why no sharp? WTF is with this hilt/blade pairing?

They also have a "Scottish sword" that is quite similar, you can find it in KOA's new additions section. The blade on that almost looks like a leaf blade, and it likely has no distal taper. It also somehow looks like a toy to me...
