However, dispite a brife apperance, the one I miss, Mr. Ridgeway, has gone missing again. He came back for a second...... to enter a contest for a sword that was over. He's definitely is a missing voice of knowledge.........and an all around great guy! ;D Coarse he does have a pretty lady to take up his time...... ....... hang out on line or.......... hang out with a girl.......... no contest! ;D

Heck, I hang out here to avoid the ball and chain (BTW I will kill anybody who tells her that provided I survive whatever she does to me for the comment.)

Actually I like the company of women. In a couple weeks I'll be going on an annual retreat. Last year I was the only male among fifty or so. I'm hoping for equal luck this year.

Cool, Midori. Hmm, that's strange, I feel like I'm being watched.

My wife is my best friend as well... and I spend any moment I can with her! I'm lucky in that we share most of the same interests, the same sense of humor... ...my sadness is that she is a Chief in the United States Navy, and her skills are in high demand, so we spend far to much time apart with her overseas defending the freedoms we enjoy here at home. I am beyond proud of her, and love her with all my heart... but I miss the hell out of her. Marc: How come you've become so quiet? You may be watching as you say, but you used to be talking as well... hell, even the last PM's I've sent you went unanswered. We miss you man.

Wow fellas...ouch. I thought we were a slightly more progressive community than that. :/ Sorry Midori, I meant that solely as a joke. After X many years of marriage you sometimes pray for some time apart every now and then. I love my wife, and she is the best friend I have ever had. However, once in a while we just need to get away from each other.

Ahh thanks for the clarification, lol. I was hoping it wasn't meant in earnest.

Hey, you should hear some of the things she says about me - if you didn't know us you would think we're ready for divorce at the drop of a hat, in reality we're so far from it that it never enters out thoughts. We just joke with each other constantly.

My wife and I go at it pretty well, but in a joking way also. I'm that way with all my good friends... the closer a friend someone is to me, the more I rib them! Its just the way its always been. I have a couple friends who are uncomfortable around my wife and I when we 'do our thing' because they think we are really fighting. We laugh our asses off and make a game out of it, to see just HOW uncomfortable we can make them. ;D

My wife and I get into some pretty vicious scratches and we are usually serious about them too, but it's only because we are both passionate and hard-headed types and it never effects how much we love each other. we're like grade school boys that way, fighting and becoming better friends at the same time. this is the ONLY relationship I've ever had like this. it's weird, but it's us and it is good.
