I'm not trying to be a jerk here, but it takes maybe two seconds to register...

Tried to sign up before and it didn't work. So I guess it comes down to either understanding that I'm not an idiot or wanting to hear yourself talk. Swordforum also has a wait time until someone acts on your membership request, just like SBG, has to be approved and by then, who knows....
So please, if someone who does has a membership over there could just point him to this thread....

I'm not trying to be a jerk here, but it takes maybe two seconds to register... SFI has had people waiting to be aproved for membership for months in some cases, and some people have been inexplicably turned down for membership even a couple times... ...so its just not as simple as two seconds to register.

It took me almost a year, and (I think) two different turn downs before I got registered at SFI. So no, it's not that simple.

I had heard there were admin problems with obtaining accounts. If someone's already taken care of you, cool...if not, let me know and I'll pop in over there to let him know.

Well I just tried again and this time it took, BUT, I have to wait until it gets approved. By then the sword probably will be gone with my luck. All I want to do is get a western style sword. I am trying to keep the cost around $300 bucks, get a two hander, and thought I'd inquire about what looks like a fantastic deal. Don't care about how easy it was for everyone else, not the case for me. Szabla sent him a PM last night but I haven't heard from Zach J. yet today. So yes, I would be very grateful if someone could drop by and let him know that I would like to ask one quick question and then if he wished, I'll probably send him a check and Viola! he can sell me his Kriegschwert, that easy. May not be as nice as a Fable blade or Odin blade or the BKS fantasy blades but that's the best bang for my money, nice sword, scabbard and belt system all for that price, WOW!
Contact is wepwawep@gmail dot com, replace the dot with a .
Thanks and pretty please even.

Sure, so long as it isn't a sword I already want. LOL
I'm kidding, I just sent him a PM letting him know to come here; also sent him your contact info.

Again, thanks everyone! Heard from him and it looks like I bought my first European blade. So one Katana, one Euro blade. That should be enough, right??? Guys??? Right?

..........Not even close to enough. But congrats on the purchase!! The Kreig seems to be a helluva package for the money from the reviews I've heard. Darn nice Euro blade to START your collection, sheesh.

Hmmm, one Euro, one Katana.... Now you need a Jian, a Dao, a Giunting...... from what they've said the addiction just doesn't end.

Sword arrived this morning and I'm very grateful to not only Zach, the seller, but everyone else who helped me over here. I am a happy boy with a new play toy, a sharp and stabby play toy! Thanks for helping fuel the addiction.
