I actually just saw a video of one of my Sifu that's studying in China doing a face-forward brake fall were you land on your forearms. One of those was put in between the spots their arms were supposed to hit. He says it's the quickest way to learn how to break fall XD

It looks wicked, for sure. The only thing that puts me off is that it's hollow.

It looks ferocious, I would be interested to know how thick the plated steel is .

I'm more interested in how the plates are joined. Are those joinsstrong enough to stand up to the force of impact?

Jim, you're a true gentleman, my thanks....that IS an unfriendly looking weapon. I'd be afraid of getting stuck by it myself trying to carry that thrust in a belt.

I made somethings like that out of wood and nails. Then drove them into my yard to keep the freaking neighbors from driving through my yard! Vicious I tell you. Boy I didn't like living in a townhouse.
