(That isn't there already)
I'll probably go for the Hanwei raptor series because they have really managed to become one of the best beaters out there.
What would you add?

I agree with echuit; right now they're the best of the best in the sub-$300 range.

^ First someone needs to make a review. As the kind, selfless person I am, I offer to do it for all of SBG to enjoy!
Now, who wants to pay for the sword?
Seriously tho, the VA Signatures get my vote, too.

Signatures, Mushashi $80 specials, and Kris Cutlery! Wouldn't mind a couple more sabers, but that's just personal preference whereas we actually need these other ones. Maybe another Cold Steel for "balance's" sake, pun intended. The one on the site makes Cold Steel katanas look a little too good- I mean, they're good beaters, but too heavy from what I hear across the board.
Not to open up a can of worms.

i've seen the video tests of Cold steel and they are great blades,, but to my mind,, at a too high cost.

Put those VA signatures on the main page. More people need to know that they exist and are great!

Not a Cold Steel fan myself....so I wouldn't put one of those on there.

Personally? Customs. I think that SBG should move towards embracing the custom makers as well, but wihtout moving away from the production swords. More of an expansion than a change of focus, if you know what I mean. Just my $0.02. ;D -Slayer
