I just bought this sword today. Very impressed I must say. I think it is just the way a big XIIIa should be like. I'll get some pictures and add more comments in my own thread tommorow.

For $200 definitely. I paid it about $430 here in Croatia and I think it's money well spent. Anything uder $300 is I think very fair price for it.

Well, tough choice. Beauty vs brutal functionality.

Yes, a tough choice to make indeed.
The Warder is an aesthetically beautiful blade from a reliable manufacturer, and will in all likelyhood be a good cutter.
With the GSOW, the beauty is in the form. it should be appreciated for exactly what it is, an implement of devastation.

I already got two type XIII, but i'm a fan i guess Regarding the Warder we've only seen the prototype so far, i guess the choice will be easier to make when we'll finally be able to see the production model.

That is a great sword! My favorite type. Jumped on it the week it came out from K.O.A. My collection didn't feel complete without it. For me it was a cost effective way of owning a sword much like the Albion Duke for under half the price. Besides, if it was an Albion Duke I would never go cutting with it. I've taken my one and only Albion sword out for a test run but thats it. It's just to expensive and way to heirloomish for me to scratch up jug cutting. But this baby...Woo man. Here holding it for size comarison. I'm 6',2" 280 lbs. Attachments:

Which Albion do you have?

The grip on the Steward is 6 5/8" long. It can be swung with one hand with ease. Either way is a pleasure.
