Well it's stainless but the hardware looks exact to the movie sword. For a wall hanger it seems to me to be a decent price, just thought it was interesting seeing as the Marto ones are still a couple hundred bucks. kultofathena.com/product~item~EM2012004.htm

The fittings look to be pretty detailed from what you can see of them on KOAs website. It would be nice to know what they are made from.
If one wanted to try to do an Atlantean sword and didn't want to pony up for Brennos work or buy fittings from BB, they could probably work with that sword.

What kind of metal? Pot metal? Haha, probably. Might as well say the sword is cast out of "something hard." It does look pretty good, however. Perhaps it would make a good wall hanger?

Yea as a wall hanger it's pretty inexpensive and looks pretty good from the pictures. There dosent seem to be as many copy's of the Atlantian sword as the fathers sword. The fathers sword copys are all over the place but this is one of the few Atlantian copys I had seen.

I saw a picture of this sword disassembled once. Can't remember where. The grip is a hollow thin tube of plastic. Hanging on a wall would be fine, but that would be all. I say this because I know some people who buy a sword and say it's for show purpose only. Then when nobody is looking they go and swing it around in their backyard for curiosities sake. I also say this because years ago I tried to swing my sword of Solomon. It didn't break, but the rattle that came out of it was enough to make me put it down. Not safe enough to swing let alone cut with. But again, should be great as a wall hanger. Probably get lots of comments from all your buddies.
