Hey guys, I was looking on globalgear.com.au and i came across this; www.globalgear.com.au/prod402.htmNow it looks really good, affordable, tight tsukamaki all the works and jerks. Then you get to the description and it says high carbon infused stainless steel, ok just what the hell does that mean? I thought that stainless steel was to fragile to make anything other than knives from? Can someone give me a heads up on this?

I know what iaito are and indeed they are dull swords akin to those in stage fighting and sparring although blades are far to acute and should only be use to shadow drill. Even not cutting anything i like to know that the blade will actially hold up to be used to shadow drill and the only way i really trust it is carbon steel.
