So is tomek getting royalties for the design? Can't say I blame you for adding these to production, it IS a VERY nice sword.

IS it just me or did all of TS168trading's swords just disappear off eBay?
Also, a question for TS168Trading, A few months ago you had some great looking san-mei katanas on eBay that had what looked like a musashi tsuba, only the tsuba looked like it was hand-beaten, with really great hammer marks. Unfortunatly, it was removed from eBay on the day I was going to order one.
Is there any way you can get another san-mai katana with that same tsuba?

On Saturday i went to the post office to pick up my shobu zukuri from www.st-sword.com. Since i worked Saturday and Sunday i didn't have a chance to inspect this katana in details. For sure this is my first and last katana from this manufacturer. I requested a blade for a cutting purpose. If the katana was made any better it can be used for decoration only. I believe that the katana is not worth what i paid for. The workmanship of the tsuka is horrible. After removing the second mekugi (the first one still in) the tsuka rattles on the nakago badly. Inside of the habaki i found a piece of wood which kept the habaki in a proper alignment. Without the piece of wood tha habaki jingles and moves in all directions. The blade alone is not like how i requested. It has different measurements. The hamon dies at the end of the blade, it just fades away and you can't see it. In some places the hamon looks like it would have marks from shot blasting? Since i work from morning to evening i can't make any pictures in the sunlight. I tried to capture what i was trying to refer to but it wouldn't work with the florescent bulbs and my cheap camera. Never again will i buy from www.st-sword.com. On Sunday morning i sent him an email but he still didn't reply. I am very dissapointed. My short review with pics will be in sword reveiws. szabla

That's really sad, Szabla. The tsuka rattle which means the nagako rests on the mekugi is downright dangerous and alone a reason for replacement.
