Even though they use the word "fine" in the description it still sounds like even they are ever so politely calling the thing a hunk of crap.

I love how, even in their display piece, the blade is not aligned with the hilt.

We see it through different eyes than almost all homo sapiens. We have an idea of what a sword should be. Like all enthusiasts, we have specialized knowledge. Props to them for going out of their way to say it's not a real sword.

I suppose at least the are upfront, that it’s a wall hanger.
I appreciate that they also say that “We cannot sell an authentic copy of Richard the Lionheart's sword, it does not exist anymore and we do not know how it may have looked.” But they could at least have made a 12th century sword instead of this tat.
And is it my eyes or is it bent, where the handle meets the blade?
