Well, technically he wouldn't be missed if he hadn't been born, and we would not be here to miss him. Many of us would not even know that a sub-$300 sword market existed and may have given up looking and dreaming right there, others would be oblivious to the fact that the sub-$50 sword market does not actually involve real swords, and some would have gone and bought expensive blades straightaway, looking down their noses at anyone who thought a sub-$300 sword was any good. Either way we would not have been united in our mutual interest of sharp pointy objects, would be less knowledgeable, and a deal richer. Thus the sub-$300 sword companies would struggle; were it not for Paul's website and this forum directing people to their wares and saying "hey, these cheaper swords aren't so bad after all!" maybe there wouldn't BE so many affordable medieval weapons and we'd be all the poorer. So thank you, Paul, for the website and the forum and all the good times.
