Contact CS via email. They sell replacement parts. ;D Here's the email I'd reccomend using. Cold Steel's regular customer service is great but emailing Tyler directly will yield much quicker results. tyler@coldsteel.comBTW, what are YOUR thoughts on the B-B BlowGun? What size do you have? Also, what type of darts have you used and which do you prefer? Thanks, man. I've been thinking about getting one of these for a while... -Slayer

ha i to am in Florida but anyways i have the 4 foot model i got it awhile ago when i was younger but honestly go with the 5ft model more power, its really not hard at all to shoot the darts like i thought it would be when i first got it, ive killed rabbits, lizards etc, but i love the mini broad heads there great for targets/hunting but the bamboo darts are good for birds and such because the dart is so long it makes it award for them to fly, there original broad heads suck because they make a big wound but can only go an inch maybe inch and a half deep overall, there new razor broad heads look very promising and ive heard great stuff about them, but there stun darts are fun to play with ive shot a few friends with them and have been shot....they leave a good size welt lol but overall its soooo much better then the standard .40 ca i would HIGHLY recommend it

Yeah, I'm not much of a hunter... I'd probably only use my BBBG for target practice and the occasional 'thwacking' of friends with the plastic darts. I'm not sure whether to get the 4' version or the 5' one, though. 5 feet seems pretty long... I wonder how much better the 5' version is in terms of performance, though? -Slayer

i forgot what percentage more accuracy and distance it is but its quite a bit, but hey if you just get the 4ft model you could always get the 2ft extension and then it would be very accurate and it would travel faster and farther
