Need to sharpen your sword more and watch your edge alignment through the cut, you look like you are "scooping" the cut, although that could be because the blade isn't sharp enough. Do you find your sword too heavy for you? Because you look like you are trying to compensate for the weight in your body mechanics.
Apart from that keeping cutting, we only get better with practice.

Nice cutting Johnny! Not sure if it was the density of the paper or like Bloodwraith said above, but there is certainly some drag while cutting that paper. +1 2 U for some nice cuts!

Blood I know the first sword isnt sharp enough. it was a 70 sword. I dont think the mushashi is too heavy. The second sword was the cold steel 88bkw which was used for the majority of the cuts. It used to be really sharp maybe not enough anymore. I know that the 88bkw is too heavy. its just too heavy of a katana cuase its cold steel
