no, its here. you have to verify age. WARNING DISTURBING CONTENT The original video was uploaded on Aug 17th and it is about 12 minutes long (the most gruesome part occurs at around 10:00) and causes outrage in social networking sites like reddit.com (where I watched it). Youtube deleted the original video but there are plenty of shorter videos out there that cuts to the chase. Disgusting stuff.

Here's the quote from Bobby Joe Blythe on YouTube before he pulled the video:
"This dummy was in my shopping center while I was on a Bodyguard Job in Washington, DC. This guy was in the Pizza Hut eating pizza off the plates of others and the Pizza Hut Manager ran him out with a pistol. Later the very same day, police officers were called to remove him from a nearby pharmacy after having been caught reaching into customer's purses. A short time after that, he visited a Napa Auto Parts store next to my Karate Dojo and told the management he planned on teaching in that Dojo and that Jesus taught him.
The Napa guys told him he was confused (their polite way of warning the man against such action), but not wanting to miss a show, they told the man they would close early just to watch and that he must not know the owner, which is nobody to play with.. Needless to say, the police pulled him out of the dumpster behind my Karate Dojo where he was neatly placed. Semper Fi to all my Marine brothers. The karate student in the white is also a Marine Sgt. and a brand new Black Belt. Never get stupid with a Marine, you could get jacked up and have your clock stopped."

Well if the police pulled him from dumpster wouldn't they already have a file on case? They couldn't just forget to write up paperwork on a dead/severly injured body/person found in a dumpster. Or could they? Sounds like they would need to spend some time in prison too if that's the case.

Why not discuss it here, are there not any martial artists, or better yet human beings here that are appalled by this event? Or should we ignore such a thing and go on with our life? This section is for general discussion. This is by all means a general discussion. A general discussion about a crime that was committed. If this is the type of forum that only, and absolutely only discuss' swords. Then so be it, but there are other things in the world that deserve our attention besides swords. Let's not completely limit ourselves. If you follow this ignorant line of thought, then why not discuss the genocide in Rwanda, or maybe the holocaust, or the rising statistics of heart disease and cancer in the world? Should things like that be ignored? No, but this isn't the place to talk about such things. Yeah there are martial artists here, and yes it is general discussion, but there are other forums dedicated to martial arts and this is general discussion forum for SWORDS on a sword forum. If you wanted to post this why not the cafe where off topic from the general theme of the forum IE SWORDS stuff goes? I'm not going to get into a big uproar; however, telling me my line of thought is ignorant, is bit contentious, don't you think? Contemplating my ignorance is a bout in which you don't have an ounce of validity to uphold. If there is anything in the world I hate the most is someone 7 years my junior telling me that, I'M ignorant. I do not, however, hold harsh sentiment. Anyways, that aside. I simply hadn't an idea that there was such a section. As you can see, I am new to this forum. If such a discussion comes to mind again, I will thread it there. Also, nor do I believe that those other matters should be ignored.

Man this guy went dog. The guy clearly gave up too. People like him make me lose what little faith I have of this earth. Keep your' faith Seth. Hold it for the people in this world that try to make this world a better place. Spend some time with the folks who work in homeless shelters. Who never give up on those who've been overlooked or ignored by society in general. Keep your' faith for those who give their blood at the red cross, saving the lives of strangers they'll never meet. Or for those who work tirelessly in fire departments and police departments across the world, trying to make a difference. Or for the Army private who puts his life on the line for a dollar more than minimum wage. These are the people who I keep mine for. Good words, but don't forget us Health Care workers either.

Where was this? I'd like to have a go at this guy. This idiot makes all armed services personnel look bad, and perpetuates the stereotype that jarheads are just brainless muscle, can't think their way out a paper bag. I'd really like to have a go at that newly-minted Black belt Marine sergeant. There was absolutely no call to beat that man like that, especially when you know he's mentally challenged and told you up front he only wanted to demonstrate what Jesus had taught him, not get into a real fight. Once he said that, that should've been their clue to just let the guy talk his spiel then leave.
These semprinis were looking to hurt this guy from jump. It is that sort of person I crave to do battle with the most.

This idiot makes all armed services personnel look bad, and perpetuates the stereotype that jarheads are just brainless muscle, can't think their way out a paper bag. If the quoted statements are true... then yeah, I agree with you. When I was 17 I got the worst beating of my life at the hands of 3 Marines. I held a grudge for a long time after that... later, when I was thinking about joining the armed services, I did not even consider the Marines as an option because of the opinion I had formed of them based on that one incident. However... the years since I have met and come to know many Marines... and now I have a huge respect for them as a group, and for many of them that I know as individuals. I've long ago stopped judging all of them by the actions of a few of them. Sadly... the squeakiest wheel gets the oil... and when a Marine makes a jack$emprini out of himself and claims 'Thats what you get for messing with a MARINE' they do harm to entire Marine Corps, which is a DAMN shame, because the Marine Corps are filled to the brim with brave and honorable American Fighting men who put their lives one the line for this country... and they do NOT deserve the disrespect that a few bad apples bring them time and time again.

I thought marines were supposed be honourable and disciplined? I have nothing against any of them but I hope they drummed this so called sgt, a man who is supposed to be a role model, out of the army. There was no discipline in this attack, and this whole macho attitude just doesn't help. I have run into people like this in the past who when threatened seek to inflict the most damage, in this case the guy killed a man. He should have known better, I'd like to see him come up against an Australian SAS officer.

The Marines and the Army are two very separate forces here in the USA... as to the 'challenge' with an SAS Officer... no need to start are nationalistic pissing contest, is there?

I'm not overtly sensitive so I was a little taken back when I first saw the end part of this video. It gave me the creeps and I kind of hoped that it was fake.
Does anyone know why after 25 years this just surfaced?

That man (the supposed blackbelt) is the epitome of a bully. He beat up someone weaker than him simply because he could. Give me a shotgun and a distance of ten feet and we shall see how enjoys employing his karate.

Any respectable MA worth its salt has always taught a sense of control and inner peace. The man and his buddies need to be locked away and have the keys tossed or just plain shot. And as always the media was glad to associate and label him as a dojo owner and karate master? wtf? All I see is a bunch of gorillas with overinflated egos and testosterone. and how can they be so calm about this? Some poor bastard may either be dead or "suffer serious brain dmg" and all they say the perp is looking at legal trouble. Funny how the media and police just give the feeling like oh its just another crazy case with a couple of lunatics doing some crazy wierd crap.

The scariest thing about our SAS guys is that they are expected to be gentlemen, they are well spoken and they represent themselves well but they are all business and could kill you before you could think. The Australian SAS are amongst the best in the world bar none, they are right up there in terms of being hard arse with the russian special forces and the ghurkas who are some of the toughest guys in the world. They don't talk shop because of how sensitive what they do is. We only hear about what they do when they do something really heroic. My brother has told me stories about playing enemy party for them, these guys make ninjas look like inept flatfoots

Does anyone know why after 25 years this just surfaced? The video was taken 25 years ago but apparently, Mr. Blythe had recently put it on his youtube channel and bragged about it just recently. You're seeing the response. The martial arts fora picked it up first. Fox news has now aired it and, now, it's made its way to the sword fora.
