Thanks everyone, i don't teach the sword but i thought this would be one way people could get a better understanding of timing, targeting & always having an imaginary person while training. I'm sure it could be used for just about any art.

Impressed by the vid, impressed by the form and you do noto the same way I was taught, although when I draw I turn the saya so the blade is facing outwards away from me and when I sheath same thing except once the blade is in the saya I turn the blade so that it is vertical again, if that makes sense?

;D Thanks blood & yep that makes perfect sense to me mate. I've learned several ways to do noto so it can get a little sketchy at times, especially if I'm just being lazy.

I like the way you put this together. Mind if I ask what software you used to edit this?

Not at all mrKrinkle, it's just plain old windows movie maker, 2006 version that came with the computer.

I'm having a problem with windows movie maker. I have Vista 64 bit and I think I did something when I installed a codec pack to run .avi files. I've been using Nero Vision. Not as well rounded as windows for once.

I'm running Vista 64 bit also but i save my videos as wmv. & have movie maker set up to save my projects once a minute as it tends to crash if i do anything tricky. Once it starts again, the project is how i left it & i don't have to keep re-doing my work again. I use a cheap Canon cam-corder & i mean cheap.
I find Zamzar is a good way to download vid's also, its free & no loading of software as long as you stay under the 100 MB mark, you can convert files too most of the known file types from some of the file types that Vista seems to dislike, maybe one way to get around your codec problem mate.
I'm not so great with computers but maybe someone here can help you sort out the problem properly, good luck (i hate computers, if i needed to be told what to do or constantly asked "are you sure you want to do that" i would still be married LOL).

Looks like a depiction of the inner struggle caused by the duality of man... LOL. You know they say talking to yourself is okay as long as you dont get into a heated argument and it becomes a vicious fight...LOL.
