here are two vids of me cutting up some milk jugs... i'm still getting used to actually cutting. i think this was the fourth time i've ever cut. one of those times was just a single cut on a tatami which i did manage to cut. no idea what kind of sword it was.
i'm cutting with an oni forge shiro katana.

thanks! i really wish i had put more tape to hold those reeds together i put a piece at the top and a piece at the bottom and they kinda came apart...

Nice start. You show good edge alignment and cutting speed. Your cuts are very clean. Now it might be good to add the foot work. You might want to start that out at an overall "half-speed" until you get your foot work and your swing timed out correctly? Good luck and congratz on picking up the "addiction!"
