Custom Pommel - Question

Today I got my Atrim Practical Longsword, and as I had hoped to make it a project sword, I was very pleased to see that it was just as well suited as I had expected from reading reviews on it.
For those of you who aren't familiar with it, this sword features a hex nut in the pommel. Removing this allows you to quickly and easily dismantle the entire sword into it's base components (blade, crossguard, grip, pommel).
Here is a review on the first generation models (I got a second generation, which features the hex nut and improved blades), so you can see what I'm talking about:

So, anyway, to my actual question. I have some ideas for this sword, the most important one currently involving the pommel. I have an idea for a wheel pommel design, but I would rather have a second pommel made from scratch than try to convert the existing one (I would like to keep it in it's original condition).
It looks to me like it should be fairly easy to replicate the pommel, while also implementing the design I have in mind (which is fairly simple). Unfortunately, this sort of thing falls well outside my area of expertise, so my first thought was to check here. I'm sure there are many members of the SBG forum who are capable of crafting sword components such as this.
So, if anyone here can do this sort of thing, or put me in touch with someone who can, I would be very interested in getting some quotes on the sort of price range I would be looking at.
