Sonny, your a cruel man! This is like hanging a perfectly cooked steak in front of a window to the homeless begger on the street.

ooooh....
well, I wasn't very interested in the Hedemark before I saw that. But that is a remarkable looking sword, I think I might have to get me one someday.

I've been wanting a practical Viking cutter, trying to decide if I wanted the Tinker or the Hedemark. It seems that the Hedemark is using the Castile Type X blade. Any info on what the weight or PoB will be for it?

I dunno...but its a good looking sword; a complete package unlike anyone else is offering. I've been talkin about getting a Viking-era blade...that would be a really nice one to add to my collection.

Wish there was a bigger market/community for vikings swords. Beyond the highest priced Albions (1200$+), this one and Atrim customs the market seems to be a little bland. Then again, I'm of the opinion that you get more for the money at the Japanese sword market, so I guess I should just shoo.

Is it me, or am I seeing Armstreet logos everywhere? I love their armor, truly, they are talented in that arena, but I just can't afford the damn shipping costs.

Any info on what the weight or PoB will be for it? I've been talking to Richard over at sword nation, he said the final specs won't be available till they arrive. Been meaning to ask Sonny on his new forum, but keep forgetting.

Well I wouldnt think the specs of the blade would be any different to the Castille but the hedemark guard and pommel would shift balance differently.

Sniff Sniff ............. why must I be such a low income earner with such good taste ......... curse bills and the incessant need to eat .............. You know, if life just wouldn't get in the way of all my dreams, I'd be a happy man. I dare say, we are living in a time of a new revival for the arts and sciences of the bladed weapons. What a great time to be alive!
