Still jealous, you've got a project you can work on But I can't wait to see this pink kat finished. I love the idea, and just love bright coloured katanas instead of the standard boring black. And for the tsuka, black ito and pink same would be nice to. Like on this cheap stainless katana:

As was said already.... getting a bare blade from Kris Cutlery is a VERY viable option. They sell a lot of bare blades... and the blades are VERY decent for the money. In fact, the only problems I have ever had with Kris Cutlery have been from fittings and mounts... I've never seen a bade blade from them... so if your going to have the mount and fittings done elsewhere, they are a GREAT option.

I'm not even going to try and guess what that is supposed to mean because I'm guessing I would be offended. Nothing wrong with pink katana's....it's just a color. I promise my pink katana won't cause you to lose a man card somehow.

I figure a pink katana IS a "man card." That is, were it a man wearing one. After all, you'd have to be a badass to wear a pink sword.

i think you could buy a regular sword, then go to the paint store, buy a litre of full gloss enamel ,tinted to the shadeof pink you want, then lightly sand the part you wanna paint, and give it a few coats.

Buy a kat with a white sageo and ito. Then put them (ito wrapping and sageo) in the hot laundry together with your brand new, never washed wool sweater bright red in colour. Wash Extract Remount Pink katana Profit

Brandi issues Randomnobody, Shadowhowler and Bart each a man card. Well done men....

I want some chocolate... but DARK chocolate... I like the taste MUCH better, and its high in antioxidents so I can lie to myself and say its good for me. ;D

Mmmm, dark chocolate... If it's less than 70%, I don't want it.
