Hey guys, I'm leaving the UK soon enough and I had to pack all stuff including my katana today. So before doing this I had to destroy all the bottles which were eagerly waited to be cut in half's. So here what I had for this cutting: And here is the action I also allowed my friend to have some fun with the sword do And this is what left after our cutting Please comment my cutting technique as I am still extreme beginner, but willing to learn.

hey man..you owned that retinue of bottles...great job...i cant offer much help as im a beginner as well(still waiting on folks to judge my own technique).....but i can say you always lead with with left foot when cutting ..from what ive gathered it seems in Most cases but not all, u lead with the same foot as the direction from which u are swinging...since u mostly use the diagonal swing from top right to ending on the left(like me) i would think that you should be stepping with the right foot and not the other...not set in stone and im no expert...wish you all the best with your journey back home and all that comes after

Your cutting seems to be pretty good, I didn't see one badly batted bottle. You should also try some different cuts, like diagonal left to right or some raising cuts aswell. I wish I had that many bottles, by the way! ;D

Yea I'm still not confident enough to make cuts from the left to right , but I'm trying just not in front of camera . Oh and I now my stepping technique sucks, but there is so little room in this yard. Back home I have big yard, so I believe it will improve . And about bottles, we lived four in the house and weather got really hot, so you have somehow eliminate the thirst ;D
