Hello All,
I noticed that most of you take rather beautiful shots of your blades. I have attempted to photograph my blades for posting here, but the results are pretty mediocre. (See my post in Classifieds for the Q-1000 that I am selling for an example). I want to know any tips on taking good beauty shots of your blade. I only have a point and shoot digital (Canon SD890is). Are there any settings I can change to get better shots?

A few suggestions, but there are people more experienced than me on this subject:
-try with no flash, natural light
I remember seing a thread (or was it a feature article?) about this on MyArmoury somewhere...I'll try to find it later and post the link...

Adding to previous posts, use as low ISO as possible. Use as good lightning as possible and low ISO (for example on canon it is 80). Despite ISO I can say that your focus is very good (you are using digital camera not DSLR as I understood). So all in all: *good lightning *low ISO *no flash And you should be good
