Hi everybody,
I'm planning a pretty simple (in theory) customization, I was playing with the thought of perhaps putting a Practical Plus Wakizashi blade into my Nami Iaito Fittings, (and vice verse).
This way I have a ''pretty'' useful wakizashi and a more practice practical one.
Could someone please help me, or comment with some hints/tips etc.
Thanks is advance..

I haven't handled either of those so i dont' know if it holds true but sometimes wakizashi fittings can be smaller... not all the time obviously. and if you plan to switch the kashira as well you're going to have to redo the tsuka-maki yourself or have someone do it for you. and thats going to involve buying new ito to use.

Thanks,
I wasn't planning to change the Kashira, and I'm trying this solution 'cause I don't wanna mess with the ito.
I thought because both sword are from the hanwei forge, I might get lucky en it fits, I did some calulations and the lenght works out. I havn't got a PP-Wakizashi.. so I don't know how the tang fits.
I'm just still hoping for the best ;D
Anyone got experience with one of these blades, or any thoughts?
