Is the old Sword Forum International at swordforum.com now completely dead and gone? I can't access it at all and it doesn't appear to have any current posts on a Google search. It's a shame as it was really the most highly technical site for antique saber and sword research and collecting.

I'm not the Web Dev I used to be, but I can't see a CMS living there or determine the actual host. All that's publically visible to me is that they lack a current SSL cert they seem to have an instance of Apache installed that looks like it hasn't been updated in about 22 years.
From what I've read in other threads, I think they were running either a highly customized or completely bespoke CMS and it wasn't being upgraded/maintained well.
I can't say they're gone, just that the site does not seem to be performing as expected(?).
Apache 2.0 today is... wild.

Maybe try waybackmachine, I know when I'm looking back on old defect sword sites and vendors it's a good way to research and get past info. Not as easy sometimes when there are broken links and images bit still an option.
