So cool, it really gives historical gravitas to the Bigfoot phenomenon doesn't it?
I haven't watched the video yet admittedly due to my crazy schedule, but I mean to.
Alternative history is very interesting to me. Things like giant bones discovered and reported efforts by gatekeepers like the Smithsonian to conceal these things.
Anyone look into the legends and mythos of native peoples? I know here in north America many tribes have stories of giants, Sasquatch, all manner of strange creatures (puckwudgie, wendigo etc).
Did a paper in college about vampire myths around the world and it was stunning how every culture separated by time and distance had such similar legends.
