Fist of the North Star Ken's Rage 2 Technically it's a game based on a popular post apocalyptic manga series but still its a fun game and does a great job telling the tale of the series. I mean what isn't to love about FotNS? Its basically Road Warrior amped up to 11 with fantasy martial arts! Kenshiro is the protagonist is basically Mad Maxx, Bruce Lee and Goku merged into one lol! "Five Point Palm Exploding Heart Technique"? No, no wait, that was KillyBilly. Ahh... "Double Handed Two Finger Machine Gun Tickling Head Exploding Technique", maybe? Oh gods, thatstuff... and the splendid live action movie not to forget... Great. OMAE WA MOU SHINDEIRU!

I never really understood why Hokuto Shin Ken had so many different techniques for making people's bodies explode. You would think two or three would be sufficient, but the source material called a new one out by name every chapter or two (or every episode for the anime series). You really get the feeling Kenshiro is just showing off.
<eyeroll> "Yeah, yeah...we get it Ken. You know sooo many ways to kill people. Did you ever stop to think about the folks who are going to have to clean this mess up? No? Maybe you don't actually have to make everyone's head explode. Have you ever considered nonviolent conflict resolution? Right. I didn't think so. Wait..why did you just poke me in the chest with your fingertips and just walk past me? That was very rude, and I'll have you know somethi...."
Kenshiro definitely suffers from the mentally of every problem looking like a nail, when all you have is a hammer. "You're already dead."

Metro and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and Kenshi
I'd say Dark Souls and stuff but I find it a stretch calling it post apoc, even tho it technically fits the bill within its own universe. I've played all the souls games and love every single one of them tho, 10/10.

Its less about specific techniques that implode bodies and more about literally every technique of art does enough damage to either implode or manipulate the body in some way. Its a fantasized and exteme version of pressure point martial arts styles. Kinda like how Nanto style in the series techniques make the users hands and feet like literal blades.

Valorant is a game that kept me entertained and engaged during the pandemic time. The game's fast-paced action and intense firefights kept me on the edge of my seat, and I found myself playing it for hours on end. I discovered Valorant while searching for a game to kill my time on <>. What I love most about Valorant is the sense of teamwork and strategy that it requires. Playing with friends to achieve a common goal is truly enjoyable, and I even joined a clan and competed in tournaments. Overall, Valorant is my favorite game now. It has provided endless hours of entertainment and memories that will last a lifetime. Is Valorant a post-apocalyptic themed game?

Wow, it sounds like things are getting pretty heated in that Facebook group! It's always interesting to see how group dynamics can change, especially when there's a shift in the rules.

Ah, forgot an old long dead favorite. Hellgate London. That was awesome, but I don't think there's that much palladium in the world...

Been playing The Division 2 again. It had some MAJOR issues after being handed to the B team to keep content coming after Ubi realized people still really liked The Division, but it's been working great for me the last few days.

Hey, I totally get your love for post-apocalyptic video games! Even though the lockdown is finally over, I still enjoy diving into those immersive worlds. Fallout 3 sounds like a fantastic choice, especially with its Cormac McCarthy "The Road" vibe. It's amazing how games can capture such atmospheric moments, like those stunning sunrises. By the way, if you're into gaming, have you ever tried board games? They're a great way to have fun with friends. I recently discovered this webpage where you can Banned for spamming adding an extra twist to board game sessions. It's been a blast! Give it a shot and see how it enhances your gaming experience.

I've been really into the Metro series lately. The dark, gritty post-apocalyptic world combined with survival horror elements is a real adrenaline rush. Those underground tunnels? Spooky as hell! 😱 But the post-apocalyptic genre has so much to offer, from the haunting beauty of The Last of Us to the intense, vehicular combat of the Mad Max game. Each one brings its own unique take on the end-of-the-world scenario, and that's what makes this genre so captivating. If you're ever looking to switch things up or just want to make some extra cash to fund your gaming adventures, I stumbled upon some Banned for Spamming They're a great way to earn a few bucks between exploring wastelands and surviving apocalypses.

Days Gone, Story can be a little goofy at times but the world is easy to get lost in, especially once you upgrade the motorcycle and can do little tricks.

When it comes to post-apocalyptic games, I gotta give a shoutout to Fallout 4. The whole vibe of wandering the wasteland, scavenging for supplies, and dealing with all sorts of mutants and factions sucked me in. Plus, the crafting and settlement building added a whole new level of immersion. If you're looking to enhance your Fallout 4 experience, you might want to check out modbay.org . They've got a ton of mods that can tweak everything from graphics to gameplay, so you can make the game your own. Just be careful not to go too crazy with the mods – sometimes less is more!

Phantom Dust Cosmonaut gets caught by a black hole and breaks free. Back on earth he discovers that 12,000 years had passed, and that mad science or something turned the whole planet into a lifeless ball of sand. Some stuff happens. Eventually he dies and humanity is extinct

Doom?
PvP gaming via dialup was a life defining moment, and the map editor made it endlessly replayable.

Not quite sure, if it counts, but the Earth Defense Force series (the original is also known as "Global Defense Force" on PS2) is the most fun I ever had playing, especially with split-screen-coop. Plot: The earth gets overrun by giant bugs, you kill them and destroy everything in your way. As the games progress, the world dies around you. I think I personally have destroyed more buildings ingame than the enemies ever did....
Else it would be S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series or Fallout (though I haven't played 4 yet). Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel also has a cool couch-coop, but somewhat short and dissatisfying end. Stll a few hours of fun.
I also was quite fond of Resident Evil, but I haven't played anything after Code:Veronica. On that note I loved Silent Hill, not post-apocalyptic, just apocalyptic.

My first fallout game was 3 and they've always been fun in one way or another for me. But I enjoy the Horizon games a bit more as a setting. A post-apocalyptic world that isn't a wasteland is a decent change of pace for me.
I really wanted to like The Last of Us but I couldn't get into the game play. I enjoyed it much more as a show than a video game.
