I hunted for an Albion Prince for years without much luck but a forum member here messaged me that he'd like to transfer his order, so I was glad to pick up the tab. But I don't consider a sword truly complete until it has a fine scabbard. Member Acsunda has been hard at work honing his craft in scabbard building, so I was eager to see what he could do for the Prince, and I was really satisfied with his work. The beautiful wine colored leather matches the sword hilt, and gold vines and fleur de lis complement the bronze pommel really well. Acsunda suggested a mahogany colored belt, with tastefully embossed fleur de lis images and I really enjoy the color contrast between the wine/oxblood of the scabbard and the dark, rich belt. If you need a scabbard, I'd consider him for sure. Turnaround on the scabbard was maybe eight or nine days, so this is your chance to snag one before his wait times really pick up. He's done maybe five or six for me and I am really glad I gave him a shot.
Great sword and a great scabbard!

That's a fine sword. Not familiar with the style. What culture / era? Is that a completely carved wood scabbard?

its a fantasy leaf blade based on celtic mythology i imagine, yes the scabbard is entirely carved bog oak
