The big boy got a CS viking beard axe and immediately worked it over a little bit! By the way: arent those things a little long for a one handed axe? Too long if big boy lacks the power.

Got this knife. It came with this by knife. Or did I get those the wrong way round? Valiantco survival golok with knife, I've wanted one for years so grabbed this when it came up on eBay. It's already done some pruning in the yard, lovely to use and a great cutter.

I acquired an APOC Yataghan... and then promptly broke it with ten minutes of hard use. Review to follow. Attachments:

It's a shame, too, because I 100% agree with your positive impression of its handling. I'll let you guys decide if it was a tempering flaw or if I simply pushed it past where any sword should go. Editing video now.

Please show us the steel grain of the blade at the breaking point. Heat treatment flaws happen unfortunately.

My new Windlass Richard Lionheart sword. Nice fittings, the handling is mediocre, not bad, not really good. 1203 g, no distal taper, indeed slight reverse distal taper due to the diamond cross section at the foible. I like the way the blade tapers to a not too acute tip. I bought it because it looks a bit like Prince Valiant's Singing Sword in the graphic novel. The grip looks cool but is a bit too small and uncomfortable, what could I do? ( ) Nice, I love the "flair" of that sword. Hmm, what could you do...

LOVE the Tiberius. Are we both going mad for Roman things right now? I think we are.
