Ok...the whole video was cool...but the pumpkin cutting freaking rocked lol.
Awesome job, awesome swords...I'll be lucky if mine comes out 1/3 as nice as those did!

Thanks Cris ! I did some practice cutting first (I'll post a vid in the cutting section later with the flubs and stuff) but that two blades at once was honestly a fluke. I put a little scuff on one blade where the other one ever so lightly grazed against it. Don't think I'll be doing that again, but I had to try it once

Thanks Stevew64 Hey Cris, they both weigh right around 4 pounds but the balance is different. The serrated blade has the balance point at 4 3/4" up from the grip which makes it feel a bit too blade heavy for it's weight. The grip itself feels great but unfortunately I over estimated the strength of the adhesive I used to hold the leather wrap in place. After using it for a bit the tsuka maki-ish wrap started to migrate down the handle so I'll need to re-do it. The serpentine blade has the balance point at 3" up from the grip and feels perfect! It has become my new favorite sword. It feels great either one handed or two. Thanks kenpachi316 ;D. Those little pumpkins were sturdier than I thought so I flubbed a few cuts before I got some good ones.

The practice pumpkin cuts are now up in the "cutting video" section under "pumpkungfu".
