I have a Durer that needs the fitting tightened. Handguard has a pretty big gap and pommel is loose. I contacted Arms & Armor in November about doing this but haven't heard back after the initial email and don't want to just send it without notice. Who do we all recommend to do something like this? Thanks

I would call Arms & Armor, but in any case I second Josh Davis.

Arms and armor are busy in the holiday season. I myself got in contact with them in November and heard back a couple weeks ago. Reply time should cool down again now that it's the new year. Give em another try.

you must be very lucky in your dealing with them. I tried contacting them about commissions back in Aug/Sep 2022 and still never had a reply to the 2 emails or the phone call.

Well, if you care, Mr Craig replied "I have been estimating most custom projects at about the same or a bit less* but have a couple on the list that are going to be two years as well so its tough to estimate with no specifics." *Refers to a previous email, where I mentioned Albion's 18 month wait times. They are busy, busy bees, and current events have probably complicated their hard work.

I actually heard back from Craig and they currently have the sword. Hopefully it's not a lot to tighten up all the issues
