--- SOLD ---
I added some Tod Cutler pieces to my collection, but am looking to sell one of them:
Due to user error I have purchased two of the same kind, so one will have to go.
It's the No. TC99GREEN/Sharp "14thC Bronze hilted rondel",
The buying spec was:
- sharp
- sharp
- green leather sheath.
It's a decidedly 'significant' dagger, the all metal construction & stout blade weighing heavily.
The blade is shaped nicely, with a fuller that follows the blades proportions & a center ridge following the entire back of the blade (like the Mune of a katana if you will).
As per stated Tod Cutler spec, this is more 'butterknife sharp', but could be polishe d & honed fairly easily I recon.
Similarly, it carries some of the rustic appeal that his work is known for - hand-filed lines, the odd tool mark f.e.

The blade is in 'as received' state - I only degreased & re-oiled it with Ballistol since it's arrival.
Item specification as per Tod Cutlers website:
Grip length – 10.5cm/4.5"Blade length – 32.5cm/12.75"
Overall length – 43.5cm/17.5"
Blade thickness at hilt – 10mm/just under 1/2"
Handle components – Bronze
Some measurements I added:
Blade width at hilt - 21 mm / a little over 0.8"
Blade thickness at end of fuller - 6.5mm / 1/4"

I would strongly prefer to ship within the EU & am looking for 180€ incl. DHL shipping within EU.
PayPal only.
(Buying new, incl. shipping would be ~195GBP, with import VAT & currency exchange it would be ~230€)
This is my first sale here, but I have bought from three forum members before,
incl. here and in some threads that were archived a while ago.
