Dear marcofthecovenant,
Thank you for the suggestion, but the Arms & Armor 1580 Parrying Dagger--which I know about; in fact, I have one--is not what I want. There are definite differences between the two products, most notably blade length and overall size. There's some evidence to suggest that the MRL dagger may be closer to the dimensions of the original than A&A's is.
