I'll do a write up on it in case anybody is interested in the bronze process. I think presenting a bit of a write up of the casting process could only be beneficial in educating everyone whats really involved in the beautiful hilts we see on such swords as yours', Jake Pownings', and Jody Samsons'. Thanks Brenno, I'll begin a write-up momentarily. Cool link too. The investment casting process Jake is showing is a bit older than the ceramic shell process I use but both are "lost wax" and achieve the same end product.
