Actually it wasn't up when I went to work. For whatever reason once every two weeks or so they don't post it at three am EST. this morning it wasn't up until sometime after 4:15 am. Thanks for stepping in Christian ! |

No problem, buddy! I'm up early most every morning anyway, and SBG is usually the first place I go. From now on, if the Deal hasn't posted by you, if it IS on MRL, I'll post it for you if I can. I usually leave out about 7:00 am.  |

Just as I said what I said earlier----I would have missed the boat on you today, Demonskull. I stayed up way too late, and wound up sleeping 'till 3 pm.  I slept my whole day off work away! Oh well...guess I'll have a beer for 'breakfast', and settle in on a movie.  |

If somebody buys this---sharpened---and decide you don't care for it---I'll buy it off you. I've already spent my monthly budget on a new Windlass Arbedo, or else I would order it right now. This and a fancy baldric would be a nice Christmas gift for my wife. (That she can re-gift to ME.) |

It’s a fun sword. I’ve got an antique in similar fashion, and the Windlass is at least in the parking lot of the ball park.
Need to get me a scabbard and baldric for my little Danish cutlass...

Unfortunately it has an extremely undersized grip and guard, your palm shouldn't be wider than 3".
The blade is nice.

My hands aren't extremely large. I guess I wear a size M to L in gloves. I guess I could always just use the 'pinkie finger up'-method. |

The blade is quite substantial and makes you want to hack and slash (and thrust) with it.
So hanger grip isn't really good too.
