Hi dear Santa Claus. This year, I been very nice. I did cut some trees but I didn't cut anyone. For this christmas, I would like to have the Black Dragon Katana Elite Mk II. If you make this wish come true, I will really feel the magic of christmas. So, thank you very much and merry christmas to you.

Dear Santa, i hope you had a good summer vacation. I spent mine riding my awesome bike you brought me last year. Thank you. Mom said I’m not allowed to ask for any knives or swords or even a B.B. gun. So I asked dad if I could ask for an antique for Christmas and he said, “yes.” So please bring me a Swiss 1867 Officer’s Cavalry Saber. An early version with a fullered blade please. A pipe back would be okay, too, but I really like the fullered ones. Maybe wrap it in a weird shape box so mom won’t know what it is until I open it. Also don’t forget we don’t have a chimney. Mom says it’s not a problem for you because of Christmas magic. I just wanted to remind you because I know you will be in a hurry. Mom won’t let me stay up so I will leave cookies out for you again. Thank you. pellius P.S. Please make sure it has a scabbard. Thank you. P.P.S. Merry Christmas! *Addendum* Thank you, Santa!! Thank you very much!! Your pal, pellius 😊

Dear Santa, I have tried to be good this year. I haven't bought too many swords, and even bought some for some other people. I have only used them to cut up gourds that deserved it and no people this year! Maybe you could fit a pretty falchion in your bag? It might try to poke a hole in your bag, so maybe a nice little scabbard to keep it from making a hole and having everything else fall out. You could even wear it if you wanted until you got to my house! I'll leave a squash on the cutting stand for you to play with and some fresh made pizza and cold mead for you when you finish. Don't worry about cleaning up outside, the animals will get whatever you leave behind. Hope Mrs. Claus is doing well! Your pal, Cousteau! PS. Maybe this could be an inspiration for your elves!

Dear Santa, I've been ever so good this year. Now, I know this next request might not fit with my angelic nature. But, I've heard about some of the hi jinx you get up to in Europe, so I'm hoping you are cool. See, I really want the Avar sabre that Peter Johnsson made some years back. Assuming it's owner has been naughty, can you nick it on your way to Georgia? Here's a photo for reference. Thanks in advance, MBE

Dear Santa Claus, I apologize for this being so late, and for it being nowhere near as creative as most other people's entries. Its just been super busy at work. Working 6 days/week since Thanksgiving, including having just finished a 13 days straight of work. Its been tough. All I would have asked for Christmas is my two day weekends back! However, since we need to be asking for something sharp, I'll ask for a long discontinued Windlass broadsword from almost twenty years ago. It would be wonderful to find this as a gift from you under the tree. Thanks so much, Santa Claus. Wish you, the misses, and all my Sword Brothers and Sisters a very Merry Christmas! Sincerely, an overworked Tancred

Dear Santa, Sorry this is a bit late, things have been a little hectic here, even had to work Christmas day. I have been very good this year, and the not guilty verdict proves it. For Christmas I would like a kingston arms katzbalger, as there have been mutterings about going landsknecht and it would go so well with the outrageous codpiece, slashing, puffing, and general lack of taste. Thank you, and have a merry Christmas. Scott www.kultofathena.com/images/SM24940_l.jpgwww.kultofathena.com/product.asp?item=SM24940&name=Katzbalger

Adrian, I see that the thread is already closed and I'm late so I totally understand if my submission doesn't count. I already had it typed out and forgot about it until just now, was just waiting to get home and save a pic to submit with my post and I forgot about it. Again, I'm really sorry for being late and feel free to omit me from the Christmas part if need be. "Dear Santa, I'd like to humbly submit my request for anything sharp and stabby for my Christmas present. Not to worry, the item won't be used for any fowl purpose, I'll just hang it on the wall and admire it while thinking about what a jolly fellow you are to gift me with such a treasure. If my preference were to be voiced, I'd say one of those nifty Crusader Longswords from Ronin Katana would do nicely, or any Viking inspired sword. Merry Christmas Santa! P.S. If you don't fulfill my request then I'll enlist the help of Krampus and you'll never be seen or heard from again. Don't try to tell Mrs. Clause, it'll only make matters more dire for you. Haha.. j/k Santa. But seriously. Don't test me." kultofathena.com/product.asp?item=RKE13
