That is new long sword XVa inspired on historical find from Castillon. Now I work on the scabbard for that one. The dimentions of the sword are just fabulous. Full functional, made with high quality steel 51CrV4, Hardened 54HRC, Sword dated to the 15 th century, Total lenght: 115cm, Blade lenght: 89,5cm, Blade width at the base: 4,7cm, Thickness of blade at the base: 5,9mm Balance: 8,5cm, Grip lenght: 16,5cm, Weight 1309g, Edge is sharp

Sword test after hardening, balde ( type XVa) 95cm long, and 92cm long, high quality carbon spring steel 6150, profesional hardened to 54HRC.
