Pity about the scabbard but very nice review. I love the lines of the blade.

The TFW version was my first ever sword and I loved it to death. But while the scabbard was prettier, it also couldn’t retain all that weight and the sword would fall out if held upaise down. I think I prefer this version. It has the better grip (TFW version was rounded).

This is such a nice looking sword, really makes me want to nab a leaf-blade sometime soon. I've always eyed TFW's model, but the grip on yours looks nicer and the color hue is really mellow and classy. Thanks for sharing.
