hello, i was wondering if anyone has held, or cut withthis www.kultofathena.com/product~item~500796.htmthey say they have one left and im thinking of getting it but ide like to know if anyone can either recomend or tell me its junk, please help;-)

yea.. I have this but it's default Windlass unsharpened so I can't perform any cutting on it. Sorie. Btw, the sword seems kinda blade heavy (to me) & the grip rather slippery.. As such, you gotta be careful not to loose your hold on this sword during your swing if you wanna perform cutting. Sorie.. wish I can be more helpful than this

thank you, i was thinking that alot o people would have it sense thats the only place i can find one . does it have good flex? does it feel whippy at all i am familar with windlass , i dont mind them at all thank you for any more info. could you post some picts?please and thank you

The sword is not whippy according to what I understand whippiness, but it's kinda blade heavy, with a point of balance about 6 1/2" from the tiny guard. The tiny guard, the smooth grip & the 'almost-not-there' pommel makes me feel I'd loose my grip if I hit any hard targets - which is why I cautioned you on hearing you intend to cut with it. Having said that, the blade's finishing was superb & almost flawless right out of the box till now, even though I hardly clean it. The blade has a flattened oval cross section throughout and was so well done that I did not see any uneven/irregular surface! I shall take some pix to share during daylight
