So I'm, 99% positive I will be placing an order for a new Albion very soon but I am still looking around for a second hand version to pop up or some other wonderful sword to show itself. I was browsing somewhere for viking swords and found the DSA 5 Lobe among the heap. The fittings look nice and though they don't list the grip length, it looks comfortable and the weight is nice at 2.3 Lbs but can someone shed some light on what the heck is going on with the fuller? Is it just the light messing with it or is it something else? Anyone own one? Thanks -Josh

I don't own the model, but I do own the Einar. It is both heavier and more expensive than what your looking at. But I must say I find it quite well balanced and the blade is fantastic in both its fit and finish, as well as its shape, and proportion. Their new blades are worlds beyond what their old 1060 blades were like. Proper distal taper, no secondary bevel. Just don't order their sharpening service, I've heard its not worth the cost.
