I don't know, I'm more of a crossbow guy I guess. Besides, for now I'm sticking with metal as a working medium. But who knows, at some point I might dig out my old recurve bow and feel the need to make one myself Ind that case, this thread will be a real help for sure. Thanks for posting all your steps so neatly and well-explained.

had a chance tonight to shoot about 100 times and dang was it fun! Found my hand placement and aim and got to know my bow much better- in fact I named him tonight-- Robb. He's a good guy

yup. next up is a slightly shorter one for my wife. then I'll try a more sleek one or a pyramid bow
