Very nice! Except, I think your Silvia should be out front.

Seems with all the changes Ill have to spend some time reformatting this thread to fix all the photo issues.
New addition
I received a nice little package yesterday, a Scottish Dirk made by Fallen!
There really is something special about having a custom knife or sword made for yourself, something made personally by the maker specifically for you, not a production piece that everyone seems to have. And Fallen was great to deal with, fast turnaround and communication was excellent.
Ok ive only had a little play with it and Ill hopefully get round to a review shortly but this is a quality, solid, SHARP dirk, I have no hesitation to say this could easily stand the riggers of the Battle of Caludon
Ill have to take my own photos but these are just some Fallen sent me.

G'day Guys,
Had a bit of time today to take a few pics and update page 1 for the new format and also update my current collect after a few sales.
Cheers

Have you reviewed the Svante yet? Not yet but I do plan to, both of the sword and the Albion refinishing service I had done on it prior to receiving it (purchased 2nd hand). Though I must admit I'm not a confident reviewer and am a bit hesitant to do so. I will say at this stage I'm a big fan of the Svante, it really speaks to me. I also really like the "katana" like handeling feel of the blade, it has little to no flex like a katana but not as forward balanced, it's a joy to hold.

I think my collection focus has changed somewhat over the last year or so and for the first time in this hobby I've got a reasonably clear direction. This is what im aiming for; - Wheel of Time Sword, Longship serenity sword on the way - Scottish Collection, I've got a pretty nice Dirk from Fallen but I'm hoping to add a Rob Miller Baskethilt back or broad sword www.castlekeep.co.uk/scottish-swords/culloden-basket-hilt.html and a nice Targe www.kultofathena.com/product.asp?item=TBD02&name=The+Tippermuir+Targe+by+Douglas- Viking Collection, really want to pickup a good Suontaka Sword and a nice seax. I've got a nice type L axe from A&A but id like 1-2 more. - Knife, really want a nice traditional Bowie. - Tactical, I've got a nice Longship Armoury Tac Katana but I do want a few more along this line. - Japanese, I've got a Elite Ronan Katana that I'm not overly fond of but a do want at least 1 or 2 more nice katanas, maybe a bugei old pine and a mid priced t10 kat at around the $4-500 mark. - Fantasy, not a big priority but I'd like an Albion Destroyer Atlantean Sword. This now puts a few of my swords on the sales & trade chopping block and some are already offered up for sale. Albion Svante, Windless Saber, ZT d'capitan, TFW Gladius and even my longship Silvia.

Fallkniven Thor if you want a great Bowie, you already know they are quality as you own a A1 . I got a F1 great survival knife.

Cons: Less durable, can get dirty if left raw, but the NL1 has a very light varnish which is not abrasive to the hands and lasts a long time. Pros: comfort, in all aspects, both on the hand and when chopping with it, contrary to a full tang you have very little vibration, just like a sword.

Love what he's done with the scabbard, gives it so much more character! Ah tyranny of distance it is mate, and an awkward shaped sword for sending too

Just received final photos from Sonny at Valiant Armoury of my Serenity and the Scabbard he just completed, I'm pretty happy and excited with the result. Now for the shipping, this may be the last big sword I buy.... Shipping is soooooo expensive. You lucky dog you ! I may have to visit you yet ! ☺

Great collection, did you strip and sand your zombie tools? or was that a custom from them?

Great collection, did you strip and sand your zombie tools? or was that a custom from them? No just ordered direct from ZT and requested a satin finish. They seemed happy to do it and there was no change in the price.
