Wiwingti sword supply, before Marc closed shop.
It's actually a B-Class but IINM, the Musha is the same sword except nicer.
Well, if you use it regularly, it's going to need maintance and minor repairs eventually. But that's true for all swords. You'll just have to take good care of it.
I once hit my cutting stand by accident and the whole corner just... vanished. Like, an inch or so of wood was just gone, leaving a perfectly smooth surface. There was no damage to the sword at all.

Have you gotten your Dynasty Forge O-Katana yet? From the end of this thread, it seemed like that was the sword you were getting. I haven't been able to find a review on it here yet, however. Where did you find out the point of balance on it compared to the Ronin? You mentioned that the Ronin had a closer point of balance despite being heavier. I've yet to find any published statistics on the Dynasty Forge O-Katana point of balance. Short of me balancing mine on the back of a chair when mine eventually arrives (it's somewhere in Illinois according to the tracking number as of this posting), I haven't been able to find out what the point of balance is.
