To paraphrase Wikipedia, on the zweihanders use by the landsknecht sword, which I'm hoping this will turn out similar to
the longest ones were 6 ft tall and the heaviest was 7 pounds, I've emailed darksword and I am hoping it will come out well if they can make it.
But ya I'm planning on having a lot of fun if i can get it, cold steel greatsword eat your heart out.

Hi Madax, looks good without the steel bits on the end of the gaurd are you making it yorself or getting it custom made? If you are making it yorself you could use a Lowlander as a base and it is spec wise very close to your picture except the fuller, might save ya a few dollars to purchase one of them and modify it, I'd pm Shadowhowler as he is selling one at a very cheap price.

Heh, I wish. They're from Pavel Marek, a Czech smith. I do own the one on the bottom. An ok sword, great for reenactors, less so for WMA. Very heavy. a bit over 130cm, it weighs just over 2 kg. It is beautiful, though. Also, rather cheap. It cost me 240 eur. I did modify it slightly, though, so it came around 290 eur alltogether now... www.armorymarek.com/The site
