Windlass Steelcrafts has a nice little shield out now. Here is a picture of it with my Paul Chen Sir William Marshall in Damascus and with a dagger. This is a sturdy little shield. Click on the thumbnails for a larger pic.

tsafa, why not make one yourself? If you're interested I can try to find out the precise way to form the curve when I made my shields. No gauruntees but I'll try for ya

All you you buying is the alluminum. You still have to drill it, strap it, put a handle on it, cover the edges and paint it. I have not been able to find 2 foot by 3 foot alluminum plates anywhere else cheaper. I have made shields out of wood and plastic before from scratch where I get the source material for free. I have not been able to find a free or cheep for alluminum sheets other then steeling traffic signs
