I read about a company forging in Indonesia and was wondering if anyone had any experience with them.
I looked through the forum but nothing really to be found.

For your budget, I would recommend Dynasty Forge Bushi forged-folded (tri-steel). They are about $500+. The blade is composed of 3 different steels resulting in very nice hada. You may have to wait unit May when DF restock their inventory.
As far as RDSA, I would recommend that you ensure that the sword is already in-stock. I made a mistake of ordering a blade that is not in-stock. They said they would make one for me and I have been waiting for 7 months now.

I second the vote for Bugei.com. I have their Samurai katana and wakizashi; no complaints here. Wicked sharp, and very durable blades.

After doing a lot of research, trying to find the perfect replicas here is what i have found:
If you want to spend less than $300 they best choices are the Munetoshi swords, i just got a light cutter and soon will be reviewing it. Munetoshi are made of t10 tool steel which is very strong, you can check Paul Southern's destructive tests you will be pleased. Munetoshis are differentially hardened swords and have real hamon, they are not incredible but will satisfy you. You can also order the Cheness Kaze which is also differentially hardened, very good quality blade with real hamon and very sharp!!! The problem with Cheness products is that their accessories are pretty cheap, cheap saya, sageo, tsuka ito..
Hanwei Bamboo Mat or Lion Dog, both are made with high alloy steel being very resilient, sharp and with a glorious hamon. They are probably the best swords in the market aroung $600, tested by James Williams from Bugei. The steel used on them is the same used by bugei swords that cost twice the price. pure awesomeness.
If you are willing to pay around $1.5k i suggest you to get L6 Bainite custom made swords from martialartsswords.com. These swords are crafted with the toughest steel in the market, and you can customize it according to your taste, lenght, fittings, tsuka etc. I am definitely getting one of those as soon as i get some extra cash hehe.
Make sure you read all the reviews in the SBG website, one by one.. read a lot before you buy something to avoid regreting it.
peace.
