 well....turns out Artsfeng.....I found a tsuba on your site that I already fell in love with. www.artsfeng.com/product/tc093-j ... wolf-tsuba I probably would have only made a fool of myself trying to come up with something on my own. For your humor later tonight I'll get around to that picture (still studying for my Psychology test tomorrow....or at least suppose to be) and then post it....I'll be sure to put a disclaimer so that all people who don't want their eyes burned out of their sockets from it horrifying drawing can skip that post....Anyway. Yeah, wanted to report that I got the tsuba found. As far as the menuki, I think I too have found that on your site as well, Artsfeng. www.artsfeng.com/product/ma018-j ... her-menuki ....And just found my Ito as well www.artsfeng.com/product/stc009- ... eather-ito The only thing I'm still a bit iffy on is the fuchi kashira.....partly because I don't have anything to look at because its one of the only thing your site doesn't have, Artfeng. But so far I think I'm off to a good start. On to katanakustomization to see what I can find.

Well I didn't find much on KatanaKustomization.....purely because I really couldn't navigate it....it just has a tab for pricing and a tab for contacting.......The other sites had a way to view the tsuba-s and so on and so-forth....not sure if i'm missing a really big button somewhere....or i'm looking for the wrong thing there.....but i didn't find anything worth reporting but am still extremely pleased with artfeng's site. I have my picture about the 70% completion mark and will finish it up soon. Should be up within the next 30 mintues to an hour. (Throwing some studying into that time as well)

OK, SO i'm done.....Its not a masterpiece....but hopefully the katana (if ever made).....would have been. Anyway...Without further ado....I give you....My custom katana concept art. This is the original idea that made me originally start this thread. (Now changed in my head due to the fact that I found the stuff I'll be using and save a ton of money by doing so) Attachments:

Your not missing anything. I meant for you to see it as a possible "put it all together" option, after you'd gotten all of your parts. Sorry for the confusion. His options for samegawa wrap, samegawa included, as well as tsuka-maki are extremely reasonable.

Hey, lookie there...It didn't upload half bad. Anyway, since it is a pretty good picture (......lets call it that)....go ahead and comment, laugh, and let me know anything that would be amazingly wrong with my picture, or something I left out....Thank you.

As for your picture, it's pretty impressive that you made it at all. Most would just look at what's already out there, and not even bother conceptualizing their own thing, let alone putting it down on paper. You can't get anywhere without a first step.

Yeah, but like I said. That's the general idea that I had when I thought of ordering a custom katana....So yeah....but like I said, I've already found a few improvements for it, both in terms of cost and looks, so yeah...That was my initial idea for one. And plus, I told you guys I would draw a picture, didn't promise quality, but I promised a picture, and so I delivered. Despite its horrific quality. And if I got to see Artfeng's "drawings" or "ideas" then I think he should have gotten to look at mine, especially since he asked. Looking back at it though.....there are some minor things in the picture that I might have suggested but only accidentally....for instance the tsuba....I didn't mean to make it that perfectly straight flat coin like profile, just ment to give the color that it would be, despite the other picture (top down) that looked like it'd have a black or metal siding.
I tried to go into as much detail as possible for it....but I have a feeling I left something out....not sure what though...So yeah...if i need to add something, or a detail in...let me know.
