I have seen many beautiful items created by the above mentioned and I now personally own a handmade tsuba from SanMarc which is just fantastic. send them some PM's and see what they can offer you.

I would like to add Shoboshi to this list as his original designs are incredible. I'm not sure if he is offering his services right now but you should certainly ask. good luck in your search
